• You will be entitled to the pro-rata equivalent of 28 days’ annual leave including bank holidays. This entitlement increases by 1 extra day for each additional year’s service up to a maximum of 33 days.  In addition to your entitlement all staff are given 3 days’ holiday between Christmas and New Year.
• The Company operates a Stakeholder Pension Scheme that you may wish to join. The Company will match contributions up to 3% of gross annual basic salary.
• We also have a private health care scheme.
• Finally we are able to offer discounted rates (25%) for corporate membership of Fitness First in Bath.
