- Company formed as strategy and marketing consultancy for international food and drink industries by Richard and Anne Hall with three colleagues.
1995
- Merger with Envireau Consultants to develop operational and technical consulting services led by Duncan Finlayson.
By 1998
- Affiliated office links established in France, Georgia, Netherlands and United States.
1999
- Recognition by Financial Times Food Business as "Europe's leading drinks consultancy".
- Turnover reaches £1 million.
2000
- Formation of associated company Zenith International Publishing (ZIP), with launch of bottledwaterworld and softdrinksworld trade magazines.
2001
- Launch of globaldrinks.com online database.

- Turnover reaches £2 million.
2004
- New affiliated office in Belgium.
- First Global Bottled Water Congress at Evian-les-Bains.
2005
- First Global Soft Drinks Congress in Amsterdam.
- Launch of dairy innovation trade magazine.
- Turnover reaches £3 million.

- Launch of beverage innovation and cooler innovation trade magazines.
- Acquisition of sales analysis services for soft drinks and bottled water from Manx Information Systems.
- Formation of mergers and acquisitions advisory unit.
- Turnover approaches £4 million.

- Own international offices established in Boston and Dubai.
- First Global Dairy Congress in Amsterdam.
