Haydon Jackson Publishing Ltd has announced its merger with Zenith International Publishing Ltd with immediate effect. "This will take us well on the way to becoming the world's leading international publisher of business magazines for the food and drink industries," commented Zenith Publishing Chairman Richard Hall.
Haydon Jackson was formed in 2002 and publishes Food & Beverage International with a circulation of 13,000 alongside Alimentos y Bebidas and Alimentos e Bebidas for the South American market.
Zenith Publishing dates back to 2000 and has a range of international market and product innovation titles covering beverages, coolers, dairy and water as well as contract publishing services.
"We are delighted to join Zenith in creating a 30-strong team with unparalleled experience and the resources to continue expanding into new food and drink sectors," added Haydon Jackson Publisher Maureen Byrne.
