Severe volatility in dairy prices worldwide has led to new initiatives for reducing the risks to dairy manufacturers and others.  New mechanisms have been set up in Europe and New Zealand. 

In order to provide a practical guide to senior dairy company managers and dairy users, world leading commodity broker INTL FCStone has teamed up with specialist food and drink industry consultancy Zenith International to hold a one day seminar on Tuesday 12th October 2010 in Amsterdam.
