This year's Global Dairy Congress will be held in St Petersburg, Russia, from 7 to 9 June 2011.  Its theme of Healthy outlook aims to address three priorities of commercial success, good nutrition and sustainable business.As part of the Congress programme, delegates will have the opportunity to visit the local production sites of Piskaryovsky, Unimilk, Wimm-Bill-Dann and Elopak's new state-of-the-art plant. The social highlight of the event will be a gala dinner at the Belosselsky-Belozersky Palace in the city centre.
