Now in its 7th year, the Global Dairy Congress is designed for industry leaders, suppliers, customers and analysts to gain a complete overview of the latest trends and thinking across all continents from top companies in each region, with extensive time for informal networking and discussion.
Under the theme of Natural opportunity, this year’s event will focus on the keys to future product success and market growth. Exploring the demands of doing business in an increasingly global economy, it will examine the challenges of developing innovative new products that demonstrate a commitment to health, wellbeing and the environment.
We will be covering a range of topics including market briefings, product innovation, entrepreneurial activity, regional trends and developments, global dynamics, emerging opportunities and communicating dairy values.
The two day Congress includes:
- Conference sessions involving many leading producers, suppliers and advisers.
- Extensive industry networking time with top industry figures.
- Plant tour hosted by Emmi.
- Gala dinner and presentation of the 2013 Dairy Innovation Awards by FoodBev Media
