Grandhotel Schloss Bensberg
Gala industry dinner
Schloss Bensberg, known as the 'Rheinish Versailles', was originally built by Prince-Elector Johann Willhelm II of Düsseldorf but following his death in 1716, his wife returned to Italy and the castle remained unfinished for many years, and was used as a military hospital. It was fully renovated to its original Baroque style and opened as a luxury hotel in 2000.

Situated close to the Cathedral and Cologne's Old Town, Koelnmesse can be easily reached by public transport or by foot.
Accommodation and social events
The main hotel for the event, where the welcome drinks reception and gala dinner will be held, is the Grandhotel Schloss Bensberg, a Baroque castle and now a five star hotel located 20 minutes outside the city of Cologne. The 84 rooms and 36 suites are furnished in five different architectural styles and the castle houses frescoes, paintings and sculptures as well as an impressive library. The hotel is renowned for its cuisine and has a three star Michelin chef, Joachim Wissler.
