For a seller, we can act as commercial agent handling all aspects of a sale, or assist with specific tasks such as valuation, potential acquirer searches, approaches, drafting agreements and negotiation.

We maintain a detailed database of the global mergers and acquisitions for the soft drinks industry from 2000.
