Zenith’s Operations Consulting team has first hand experience of managing real life crises. The team is led by Duncan Finlayson, who was brought in as Director of Quality at Perrier to manage its worldwide recall and aftermath in 1990. The team provides crisis management services before, during and after a crisis occurs.
