An explanation, clause by clause, bringing in text from the Directives where necessary. Followed by a summary, topic by topic, for example Labelling, Treatment, Recognition. Updated and added to as Amending Regulations and Guidelines are published. - Section 3
The text of official guidelines (still to be published by the FSA). Their effect will be explained in the Plain Language Guide. - Section 4
European Commission Directives not yet incorporated into the Regulations, with a summary of their implications. Added to as new instruments are published. - Section 5
Amendments to the British Regulations, including Commission Directives, which have been implemented in UK law. The Plain Language Guide will be altered as further Amendments are published. - Section 6
News bulletins which give news of any legislative initiative, which could affect the Regulations in the future.
